Name: Matthew

Occupation: PR Advisor
Average Time Running per Day: 30 mins
Day-in-the-life: Matthew is a 26 year old from Cleveland, OH. He works out often, but has recently decided that he wants to start training for a half marathon. Because Matt has a full time job and doesn’t have much free time, he usually runs during his lunch break. Matt usually brings an extra set of clothes to work to run in. He looks at the weather forecast to decide what to bring with him in order to be comfortable. He does not have much time to pack his bag because he is rushed in the mornings. He usually grabs what is closest to him in his closet and throws it in his bag. Yesterday, Matt changed in the locker room and started his run. After 5 minutes of a warm up and raising his heart rate, Matt became really warm and took off his jacket. He tied it around his waist and kept running. It took only a couple seconds for Matt to become annoyed. the jacket tied around his waist kept coming untied and falling down his waist. He tried to hold the jacket, but having it flap around was also annoying. In frustration, Matt throws the jacket back on and walks back to work. He wishes there was a better way for athletes to see what they should wear when running outside.
