Problem Statement

Problem
People do not know what to wear when doing physical activity outside. Simply checking the weather is not enough because heart rate changes the body's temperature, thus changing the amount of clothing needed to be comfortable. Because the weather is not the only factor, we need a way for people to see the effect physical activity has on body temperature instead of people layering and taking on/off layers while being outside. Fixing this problem would allow people who are active outside to remain in one outfit throughout the activity and remain comfortable.

Target Audience
Anyone who does any type of physical activity outside.

Target Behavior
People will be able to be able to be comfortable outside when doing physical activity without wearing layers.

Core Motivators
Pleasure: being comfortable in the weather as well as not having to carry a coat while exercising is pleasuring.
Pain: Carrying clothing can be cumbersome and uncomfortable. Also, being too cold/hot while exercising outside can be uncomfortable.

Simplicity Factors
Effort: The effort put forth to ensure comfort is less than the effort put forth to put on/off layers. Comfort outweighs pain in effort.

Behavior Triggers
Signal: could be linked to checking the weather to remind you to dress appropriately for certain activities. It would not require much effort or motivation, just a reminder until it becomes routine.
